*Our clubhouse is a lodging facility exclusively for divers. As a general rule, we do not accept reservations from guests who are not booking a diving a diving package. Additionally, priority will be given to those diving the following day. Guests wishing to stay the night after their dive may not be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
*If no specific room preference is indicated at the time of booking, we will assume you agree to a shared room arrangement.
*We also have partner hotels and can provide recommendations if needed.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel the reservation, the following will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation on a week of the diving date: 50% of 2 boat diving fee
- Cancellation on the day and one day before of the diving date: 100% of 2 boat diving fee
In addition, for customers who have made reservations during the following period*, 100% of the total amount (2 boat diving or experience diving fee x number of days or license training fee + accommodation fee x number of days, Lunch box fee x number of days for those who are asked for a lunch box.) will be charged as a cancellation fee from one week prior to the reservation date until the morning of the day of the reservation.
- *Customers who make reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays over a three-day weekend or longer
- *Customers making reservations on 4/29 (Showa Day), 5/3 (Constitution Day), 5/4 (Greenery Day), 5/5 (Children's Day), or 5/6 (substitute holiday)
- *Reservations made between June 10 and October 31
- *Customers who have reached the capacity
Cancellation on the day of the reservation or rescheduling on the day of the reservation for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., illness) will incur charges.
