Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation, we will charge the following as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 1 day before reservation date: 50% of 2 boat diving fees
- Cancellation on the day: 100% of the 2 boat diving fee
In addition, for customers who make reservations on the following dates, 100% of (2 boat diving fee or discover scuba diving fee x number of days or OW, AOW, Rescue license course fee + accommodation fee x number of days) will be charged as a cancellation fee from one week in advance.
- Customers who make reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays that are longer than three consecutive holidays
- Customers who made a reservation on 4/29 (Showa Day), 5/3 (Constitution Memorial Day), 5/4 (Greenery Day), 5/5 (Children's Day), 5/6 (substitute holiday)
- Customers who made a reservation during the period from 7/19 to 10/31
