Cancellation policy

If you cancel the reservation, the following will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation on a week of the diving date: 50% of 2 boat diving fee
  • Cancellation on the day and one day before of the diving date: 100% of 2 boat diving fee

In addition, for customers who have made reservations during the following period*, 100% of the total amount (2 boat diving or experience diving fee x number of days or license training fee + accommodation fee x number of days) will be charged as a cancellation fee from one week prior to the reservation date until the morning of the day of the reservation.

  • *Customers who make reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays over a three-day weekend or longer
  • *Customers making reservations on 4/29 (Showa Day), 5/3 (Constitution Day), 5/4 (Greenery Day), 5/5 (Children's Day), or 5/6 (substitute holiday)
  • *Customers making reservations between 7/10 and 10/31

Cancellation on the day of the reservation or rescheduling on the day of the reservation for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., illness) will incur charges.
