Cancellation policy

If you cancel the reservation, the following will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation on a week of the diving date: 50% of 2 boat diving fee
  • Cancellation on the day and one day before of the diving date: 100% of 2 boat diving fee

In addition, for customers who make reservations on the following dates, 100% of (discover scuba diving fee x number of days + accommodation fee x number of days) will be charged as a cancellation fee from one week in advance.

  • Customers who make reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays for three consecutive holidays or more
  • Customers who make reservations on 4/29 (Showa Day), 5/3 (Constitution Memorial Day), 5/4 (Greenery Day), 5/5 (Children's Day), 5/6 (Transfer Holiday)
  • Customers who make reservations during the period from July 19th to October 31st.
